Keepin' it active

LAYOUT.  In the Days of Sunflowers

This was the previous layout for my own Xanga site. I dunno why, but I was doing a lot of layouts with the theme of youth/childhood/innocence at that time. A lot of remembering themes. Odd, I suppose, but I get these stages.

I really like this theme because it was so bright and cheerful. So yellow. My friend Gaby would say "yellow like jello!" (Another remembering thing.) The image was really cute, and as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to use it in one of my designs. I like the way it turned out, except that the navi comes up a lot higher than the blog. I tried to figure a way around it, but decided that if you really did care about it looking like that, you could just put a bunch of yadayadayada in the navi module.

This layout was my very first right-aligned layout. I figured out how to do it by studying some other right-aligned layouts. I finally figured out it was just this really simple tag put at the very beginning of the code. Grrr......... can't believe I was that stupid.

Anyway....... extras. Not a lot this time...... just an avatar (above) and a banner. Right click >> save picture as if you'd like to use them.
